I’m not sure we can be friends if you don’t enjoy the occasional brunch. This store front restaurant non-coincidentally located in the Highlands area of Louisville is a great place to sit back and read the paper or to work around on your tablet while enjoying amazing food served both with quality and with relatively high speed. Their coffee is actually good (unlike many brunch locations who just warm up the pot all day long) and their food is even better. I highly recommend their signature best seller “Baja Benedict” featuring two eggs, southwestern corncakes, chorizo, avocado, chipotle hollandaise sauce, cilantro-lime crema, pico de gallo, and green onions and a full belly at the end of your meal.
